Arrival & Check-In

12:00–12:30 PM · 2nd-floor Lobby Area

Please arrive between 12:00 and 12:30 PM. Upon arrival, check in at the International Table, where you will receive a meal ticket for the wedding banquet.

Wedding Ceremony

1:00 PM · 2nd-floor Auditorium

The main wedding ceremony will begin at 1:00 PM and last approximately one hour. The ceremony will combine Western and traditional Korean elements, including the entrances of the bride and groom, wedding vows, declaration of marriage, congratulatory remarks, celebratory performances, greetings to parents and guests, and group photography.

Pyebaek

Approximately 2:00 PM · 20th Floor

Following the main ceremony, guests are welcome to attend Pyebaek, a traditional Korean post-ceremony ritual in which the newlyweds pay their respects to the groom’s family.

Pyebaek is optional, but we especially encourage guests visiting from abroad to join us for this part of the celebration.

Wedding Banquet

Approximately 2:15–3:30 PM · 20th-floor Dining Hall

Guests are invited to join us for the wedding banquet after the main ceremony or after attending Pyebaek.

Evening Reception

Beginning at 6:30 PM · JH Texas Bar

Later that evening, we will have a casual wedding reception and hangout in a reserved area at JH Texas Bar. We expect to be there for approximately 2–3 hours, and guests are welcome to drop in or leave at any point during the evening.
